Start by booking your free consultation per your availability. During this session, our team will suggest the most suitable service for you, discuss the process, and determine the time frame and quote. Our goal is for you to leave our meeting with all your questions answered, fully satisfied and reassured that you have made the right choice.
Step II
Preparation
If you have requested an asynchronous service (i.e. translation, editing, voice overs), rest assured — at this stage, our experts are meticulously working on your project. We would love for you to be part of the process; opt for progress updates while purchasing your service.
For interpreting services, this is the time that our team thoroughly prepares itself prior to the scheduled session. During this process, any material, supplementary information, and further context from you is most welcome.
Step III
Delivery
Your written or recorded service is now delivered to you in whichever way you prefer. If you would like certain parts to be altered or clarified, you may request two (2) reviews within the next five (5) business days upon delivery.
For interpreting services, this is the date and time that our service is put to use, which we accompany with minutes of meeting if requested within five (5) business days from the session.

Review of service
We take our improvement very seriously; you will receive a review form for our services, which we kindly ask you to fill in as honestly and thoroughly as possible. As a small token of our gratitude, you will also receive a promotional code, for future purchases of our services.
